RIDE (indoor cycling)
We don’t ride, we ZIDE. This is 45 minutes of high-intensity, music-driven cycling built to move your body and your energy. Every track is designed to challenge you through powerful resistance pushes, fierce choreography, and interval bursts that feel like thunder rolling through the room.
We ride in the dark, with the beat, and with each other—no screens, no numbers, no pressure. Just rhythm, resistance, and the rush of pushing past what you thought was possible.
Choreography and intervals are always optional—you ride your ride—but expect a full-body sweat that leaves you stronger, lighter, and unstoppable.

60 minutes.
The ultimate ride for our veterans, thrill-seekers, and beat-driven athletes. ZIDE STORM is a longer-format cycle class packed with deeper pushes, advanced choreography, and nonstop energy.
