Meet Zide Training Club, Home of Miami’s Top Personal Trainers
OUR STORY
ZIDE wasn’t built to be another gym.
It was built to create the hour people look forward to all day.
What started as a rhythm-based cycling studio has evolved into something bigger: a community-driven fitness club where movement, music, and human connection come together under one roof.
Today, ZIDE offers cycling, sculpt, strength, and recovery-focused experiences designed to challenge you, energize you, and keep you coming back. Every class is built around one belief: fitness should be something you enjoy, not something you endure.
We believe the best workout isn’t just about calories burned or miles ridden. It’s about how you feel when you leave.
More confident. More energized. More connected.
Whether it’s your first class or your thousandth, you’ll find the same thing waiting for you at ZIDE: great music, great people, and an environment where everyone belongs.
No egos. No intimidation. Just real people getting stronger together.
Welcome to ZIDE.
FOUNDER
Meet Clay Zander
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Clay Zander is the founder and creative force behind ZIDE Training Club.
Long before opening ZIDE, Clay spent years coaching on the podium, building communities, and helping people discover confidence through movement. What began as a passion for teaching fitness evolved into a vision for something much larger: creating a space where people could escape their daily stress, challenge themselves, and genuinely enjoy showing up.
After helping operate and grow multiple fitness studios, Clay saw an opportunity to build a brand that felt different.
Not a gym.
Not a franchise.
A community.
In 2025, that vision became ZIDE Training Club.
Today, Clay remains deeply involved in every part of the business, from coaching classes and developing instructors to marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and the overall member experience.
His mission is simple:
Create the most energetic, welcoming, and unforgettable fitness community in Miami.
Because at the end of the day, ZIDE isn’t just about fitness.
It’s about helping people become the strongest version of themselves while having the time of their lives doing it.

FOUNDER
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Clay Zander is the visionary behind ZIDE TRAINING CLUB. With nearly 8 years of experience on the podium and over 4 years managing and operating multiple cycling studios, Clay brings unmatched energy, precision, and vision to every corner of the brand.
What started as a passion for movement quickly evolved into full-scale leadership—building teams, growing communities, and redefining what a fitness experience should feel like. Clay doesn’t just teach cycling; he curates it. Every beat, every class, every detail of ZIDE is intentional, bold, and high-voltage.
Known for being hands-on, high-standard, and slightly obsessed with the vibe, Clay leads as both the creative director and the heartbeat of ZIDE. You’ll see him on the mic, behind the brand, and everywhere in between—shaping a space that’s intense, inclusive, and anything but ordinary.
ZIDE TRAINING CLUB is more than a studio—it’s a movement.
